Town Board Meeting + Public Hearing- First Monday
The Town of Danby will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 4th, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
The hearing is held for the receiving of public comments in relation to the order of remediation regarding the dangerous and unsafe building at 1840 Danby Road.
Comments and questions can be sent via email to townclerk@danby.ny.gov or submitted in writing to Mariah Dillon, Town Clerk, 1830 Danby Road, Ithaca, NY, 14850 Monday August 4th 2025 at 3 p.m. If special accommodations are needed for persons with disabilities, those with hearing impairments, or those in need of translation from English, those individuals should contact the Town of Danby at (607) 227-4788 at least one week in advance of the hearing date to allow for necessary arrangements.
