A public hearing on a proposal to consider enacting the New York State Real Property Tax Law Section 467-j – Restricted Sale Price Exemption for Housing Trust Houses. The public is welcomed to come and share their opinions with the Danby Town Board during the public hearing. Comments and questions may also be submitted in writing to the Town Clerk (townclerk@danby.ny.gov; 1830 Danby Road).
