POSTPONED!! Public Hearing Originally scheduled for tonight's meeting, notice was published in the Ithaca Journal on 6/23. However, at the 6/21 Board meeting, the Board rescheduled this hearing for the next meeting on 7/19. The notification had already gone to print and was unable to be pulled.
