A public hearing will be held on July 7, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Danby Town Hall, 1830 Danby Road, Ithaca, NY 14850 to consider public comments on the proposed adoption of local law #2: Special Events Law. See below to read the draft local law. The meeting will also be hosted in-person at Town Hall and on Zoom (link below). Written comments may be submitted to townclerk@danby.ny.gov or by mail to Town of Danby Town Clerk, 1830 Danby Road, Ithaca, NY 14850. Comments should conspicuously state that they are for the public hearing. Questions may be directed to the Town Planner at planner@danby.ny.gov.
