A special meeting of the Board of Directors and Members of the Danby Community Park Association will be held on July 9, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Museum of the Earth, in the Museum of the Earth Classroom, 1259 Trumansburg Road, Ithaca, NY 14850.
The following business will be transacted at the meeting:
1. Ratify past acts of the Board of Directors and appoint a new slate of directors and officers.
2. Amend the Corporation’s By-Laws to change membership requirements.
3. Review and approve the merger of Danby Community Council, Inc. with and into Danby Community Park Association, Inc. with Danby Community Park Association, Inc. surviving.
