The Town Clerk’s Office will not have regular hours for the month of December 2023. Please call or email if you need to speak with someone urgently about coming in to conduct business.
We in the Clerk’s office greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we all transition from the current clerk to the newly elected clerk.
Tax payment collections will begin on January 2, 2024, once the new clerk receives the warrant. We legally cannot accept any payments until the new clerk signs for the warrant. The outgoing clerk will be preparing to mail the tax bills as soon as they are ready from the County Assessment office. However, the outgoing clerk CANNOT accept any tax payments.
