Four Danby Town Board Seats Up for Election
in November 2025
The Town Supervisor and three Town Board member seats are up for election!
Two Town Board members, H K Hunter and P Woodworth
have (4 year) terms expiring at the end of this year and
will not be running for re-election.
Tyler Stein has been appointed by the Town Board to fill P Hansen’s term
until December 31, 2025, at which time an elected Town Board member
will complete the remaining two years of Hansen’s term which ends December 2027.
Supervisor Gagnon’s current two year term is up at the end of December 2025.
Gagnon has announced he is running for re-election.
The Danby Town Clerk and the Danby Highway Superintendent
(both one year terms (due to a NYS law)) are also up for election this year.
Highway Superintendent Shipman has announced he is running for re-election.
Town Clerk Dillon has announced she will not be running for re-election.
